The Mahasiddhas Saraha, Dombipa apon a tiger and possibly Padmavajra in the cave. This painting is a classic example of the "Situ Panchen" style and the subject matter of the entire set of probably three paintings ( see #__) is the "Eight Great Adepts". See Dr P. Pal, New Mexico "97 for a description of another painting in this set.

For a discusssion of the Situ Panchen of Palpung style in general and the iconographic standards of the various sets specifically see David Jackson, "A History of Tibetan Painting", Wien 1996.
